This General English course is aimed at all students from Beginners to Advanced level who wish to improve their language skills in General English covering  every day situations as well as improving their skills further by attending afternoon workshops in IELTS exam preparation. The Intensive General English programme with afternoon workshops focuses on developing the four communication skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. This General English course also invites students to explore British culture through the use of authentic material and learn related idiomatic expressions in various contexts.

No of lessons:	General English: 15 hours per week Monday – Friday + 5 hours Afternoon Workshops
Start dates:	Every Monday for all level except complete beginners. Complete Beginners’ start dates: First Monday of the month

Active English Academy is closed on the following public holidays:
In 2011: 29/08 and from 24/12/2011 to 08/01/2012 included.
In 2012: 06/04, 09/04, 07/05, 04/06, 05/06, 27/08 and from 22/12/2012 to 06/01/2013 included.
There will be no classes on these days.
